Couples Therapy is designed to help improve romantic relationships and resolve interpersonal conflicts. It is an effective way to reconnect with one another so that you can create a more meaningful and better relationship.

“We can learn to use the pain in our relationships to transform us thereby turning them into entities which heal not harm.” – Donna Goddard
Couples will work towards:
- Creating opportunity for open and honest communication
- Understanding personal struggles that influence communication
- Learning about personalities and how they convey meaning in different ways
- Working through external stressors like family issues, financial problems, and mixed priorities
- Identifying common arguments and working towards resolution
- Defining roles and expectations
- Working through trust issues and overcoming infidelity
- Discovering how you feel loved within a relationship
- Understanding why you chose your mate and the internal need for healing
During couples therapy, you will discover your individual core struggle so that you can move forward and become a healthier individual. You need two healthy individuals to have a healthy relationship. One of our goals is to help heal you individually as well as a couple.
